Thank you Dr. Wells! My Optometrist doesn’t have on-call services, so I called Dayton Optometric Center on a Friday night for my eye issue. Dr.Wells helped me on a Friday evening so I wouldn’t have to worry and wait until my regular doctor was available. I have never felt so grateful. She really cared about my issue and was motivated to help me and make me comfortable. Highly recommend! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in as a new patient after not having an eye exam in over 10+ years. Very fast, efficient staff members from the moment I walked in the door to leaving. Dr. Wells is amazing and was very thorough. Cami is very efficient and knows what she’s doing! Wanted to shout out Taylor and Kenny as well for being kind and explaining how things work. Everyone was so friendly. Definitely recommend any new patient here!

The office environment is warm and welcoming. The care team professional and friendly. Dr. Wells is outstanding! Appreciated her thoroughness, along with explanations about the health of my eyes. Dr. Megan Wells was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. She explained every question I had. Not only did she dial in my difficult eye prescription, she come up with a plan of action, all in a very short amount of time. I will be definitely looking forward to seeing her again and I would highly recommend Dr. Wells for my friends and family. What a great Doctor and what a great place to visit.

Dr Wells is absolutely wonderful. She immediately looked at my history where former doctors had said "Eh, good enough!" on my contact brands and strengths and she went, "We can do better!" and started tweaking away at my sight. Honestly, it felt like picking a wand at Ollivander's - she is magical! Then her office manager combed through my insurance (I was fine with paying out of pocket) determined to find the absolute best payment for me. The clinic itself is clean and bright - just an all-around perfect Optometric Center! Thank you, DOC!

Dr. Gilbert was SO good to me!! I was very pleasantly surprised. He actually LISTENED to me! Cami and Jenny were very professional and competent. And welcoming. Even the front office staff were great.

I was looking for a new eye doctor and DOC was close by, had openings available quickly, and my appointment was very fast and professional! I got my new prescription that day and will definitely be going back!

I had a great first experience with DOC! I got something in my eye at work and couldn’t remove it despite using our eyewash station repeatedly. I called two other places for urgent eye care but was turned away as they only accepted existing patients. DOC, however, offered me an appointment within 20 minutes, even in their last hour of business for the day. The staff and Dr. Gilbert were fantastic! He was able to remove the object and provide me with free treatment drops. Their kindness exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely return for any eye care needs. Thank you so much!

Megan Wells was professional and explained every test and what is was for. She even laughed at my humor. Personable and very knowledgeable and able to teach me what an eye exam really means. My husband had an eye emergency. He wasn’t an established patient here and they still were able to get him right in and treat the problem. They had a very reasonable self pay rate too. We will probably make this our regular eye doctor because our experience was great.

Very pleased that I was able to get in immediately. I called around and it was months out. I was able to be seen as a new patient and see two doctors. Im very pleased with my care and all the staff.

I love this office! I felt so comfortable, prioritized, and not rushed at all. Very friendly vibe in the office and I appreciate that no one felt stuffy. First visit and I'm locked in!

Dr. Megan Wells is a wonderful provider! She answered all of my questions in depth, directly addressed any concerns I had, discussed a plan for my care and advice for when to switch out my lenses and frames. The office was helpful and up front about all costs associated with my care and handled a sensitive financial situation with grace and kindness. I’ve never needed to care for my eyes prior to adulthood, but I’ve been coming to Dayton Optometric Center since 2021/22. I’ve never been disappointed with my care. I highly recommend their team, especially Dr. Wells.
